There Is No One on the Other End of the Line is the last track on Sleep Like a Noble. While I was mixing the album, I'd take 15 min breaks and strum the acoustic, and this song just kind of came to me. I recorded it all in my old apartment on Grand and Leonard in Brooklyn. I want to make another full-length that's mellow, and dark and haunting. Maybe that will be 2019's release.

I got an e-bow for my 17th birthday and this is the first time it's ever been used on a recording.

On one hand, the song is about watching our society degrade and de-evolve, and watching our planet die, and knowing that there's really no one you can call to fix it. On the other hand, it's more personal, specifically about how you grow more isolated as you get older.
